Virtuoso Week Exchange is Now Open!
Virtuoso Week Exchange is the online communication tool, booking engine and social network that makes it easy for attendees to connect before, during and after this event. It is accessible right from the Virtuoso Travel Week event website and is the tool you will use for scheduling appointments, making reservations and connecting with friends and colleagues who are registered for Virtuoso Week. You will even use this online forum to invite people to sit at your table for the annual Virtuoso Awards Gala. You must be a registered attendee at Virtuoso Travel Week to enter this network.
Simple steps for getting started:
- Ensure your Composer credentials are active. To do this go to Composer and log in. If you are having trouble accessing Composer password, just click on the "Forgot user name or password?" link on the Composer log in page to reset your password.
- Update your individual and company profiles within Composer. Virtuoso Week Exchange relies on these profiles each time you log in.
- Include your photo and specialties in your individual profile to improve other attendees’ ability to target you for meeting requests.
- Start researching, messaging, connecting and scheduling!

Virtuoso Week Exchange and Your Internet Browser
To ensure an optimal experience with the Virtuoso Week website or Virtuoso Week Exchange, we recommend viewing sites in Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. If you use Internet Explorer, please ensure that you are using Internet Explorer 9. Any IE version less than 9 will result in poor site performance.
Receiving Email Notices from Virtuoso Week Exchange
Virtuoso Week Exchange is programmed to send attendees an email when there is activity on their appointment schedule (either someone has extended an invitation or they are responding to an invitation that you sent). It has come to our attention that a small group of people are not being notified via email when making or receiving appointments in Virtuoso Week Exchange. To ensure you are responding to appointments in a timely manner, please adhere to the following suggestions:
- Put virtuosoweekexchange@virtuoso.com on your safe sender's list.
- Log onto Exchange often (at least once daily) to review your appointment activity.
While we are closely monitoring any emails that are undeliverable, please note that SPAM settings and server permissions differ within companies and email services. For that reason, we recommend that you use Exchange as your primary source of information on a regular basis. Don't wait for an invitation to appear in your email inbox – you may miss it!
To access Virtuoso Week Exchange, head to the home page of this website and log-in with your Composer username and password. Once you are logged in, look to the right-hand side of the page for the Virtuoso Week Exchange logo. If you have completed registration, the Exchange banner will say Connect Now.
