Mark your calendars now: Virtuoso Travel Week will take place Saturday, August 11 through Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas. Appointments and trainings will be completed by late Thursday afternoon, but you won’t want to miss the Gala Awards Dinner and the legendary Club V after-party Thursday night. As always, this night promises to be one to remember!
Registration Desk Hours:
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Conference Area Access
Please note the procedures below for the Virtuoso Travel Week Conference area.
Register First - All attendees must first visit the Virtuoso registration desk to be allowed access to the conference area. To register, you will be asked to show a photo ID, or a business card. You will receive an event badge specific to the number of days you are registered and paid to attend.
Full Conference Attendees - If you are attending for entire event you will receive a color-coded name badge which will give you access to the conference space for the week. You must wear your badge at all times in order to access the conference area.
Part-Time Attendees - To restrict attendance to those who have registered and paid to attend, Virtuoso will utilize different colored daily badges. If you're attending for a portion of the event you will receive a different colored badge for each day you are attending.
Lost Badges - If you lose or leave your event name badge in your room, please visit the Registration Desk.
Event Protocol & Security
- Proof of ID is required to register and access the conference area.
- Colleagues will not be permitted to pick up registration materials on your behalf.
- You must take possession of all registration materials at the time you receive your name badge.
- Wear your name badge at all times.
Concierge Desk Locations
Concierge desks will be open Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 7:00 AM at two convenient locations - one near the Wedding Chapel and the other near Michelangelo. Virtuoso staff at the concierge desks will be pleased to answer any questions you may have, provide directions, print a current copy of your daily appointment schedule and more.

Magnetized name badge holders, smart phone devices like iPhone and Blackberry may deactivate your room cardkey.
General Appointment Schedule
Successfully coordinating hundreds of thousands of one on one appointments requires the assistance of professionalism of all involved. For this reason, all attendees participating in appointments are required to be seated at their starting table, on time, each morning.
Attendee Selected Sales Meetings
Preferred Suppliers and Members will have the opportunity to schedule 10 minute sales-focused appointments during the event. More details to come.

An extensive selection of professional development trainings at Virtuoso Travel Week will help you grow your business with the help of Virtuoso’s exclusive tools. These sessions feature more targeted courses for owner/managers, front line advisors, suppliers and Spanish speakers. They’ll bring the Virtuoso advantages alive for attendees. Sessions will be held on the Saturday and Sunday before the start of Virtuoso Travel Week (August 11-12) as well as during the conference itself from Monday, August 13 through Thursday, August 16. Everyone will be able to make the most of these opportunities, no matter what their Virtuoso Week schedule.
